Cantine Amastuola Vignatorta
Located in Crispiano in the Puglia region, Amastuola organic wines are the result of an artisanal process that strongly recalls tradition while employing advanced technologies. The vineyards sit on a plateau at an altitude of 210 meters above sea level and are farmed entirely according to certified organic practices.
Vignatorta blend is elegant and balanced, with very fine tannins and fresh acidity before a long, fruity finish. A wine with a rich and intense ruby-red colour that smells like blackberries, prunes and sour cherries. Vignatorta is a fruity wine complemented by light textures of sweet spices and floral hints of iris. Its taste has a fresh and dynamic approach, developed on an elegant and balanced structure with very fine tannins and tonic acidity, which support a long fruity finish interwoven with spicy tones. Vignatorta goes perfectly with red meat, game such as venison or wild boar, but also with white meat of poultry, turkey and duck. Syrah, Primitivo.
