Located in Crispiano in the Puglia region, Amastuola organic wines are the result of an artisanal process that strongly recalls tradition while employing advanced technologies. The vineyards sit on a plateau at an altitude of 210 meters above sea level and are farmed entirely according to certified organic practices.

Named after the harvest dinner, this is a pure Merlot, with a rich and intense ruby- red colour. This organic Amastuola wine has a smooth and harmonious taste that goes well with important first courses including meat sauces, roasts and second courses based on white meats. The nose is fruity with herbaceous and spicy nuances. Its fruity and enveloping start immediately leaves room for a well-expressed and balanced hint of acidity. An aromatic finish completes its fruity herbaceous profile with intriguing chocolate tones. Aged in steel. 100% Merlot
