Cantine Amastuola Lamarossa

Located in Crispiano in the Puglia region, Amastuola organic wines are the result of an artisanal process that strongly recalls tradition while employing advanced technologies. The vineyards sit on a plateau at an altitude of 210 meters above sea level and are farmed entirely according to certified organic practices.

Lamarossa is the estate’s premium Primitivo, offering deep, nearly opaque colour in the glass and the full spectrum of sensory treats that the grape can give. Amastuola Lamarossa is a wine suitable for the whole meal, which goes perfectly with both white and red meats. Referred as “a veritable ode to the terroir of Taranto”, this Primitivo IGT has a deep, almost impenetrable ruby-red colour. The aroma immediately releases a fruity explosion reminiscent of small ripe red fruits, which merges with spicy and balsamic tertiary aromas such as bay leaves and tobacco.
