Sublime to an aperitif to express its complexity. Apple fruit, nectarine and the imprint of Pinot Meunier emerge from the first nose. This is followed by soft, milky aromas of fresh butter, cream and nonettes. Barrel vinification brings roundness and tactility to the palate. No malolactic fermentation
