A fruity, powerful and generous champagne. Buttery with yellow fruit in profusion and a full, seductive aromatic expression. The bubbles are discreet and the greedy dosage is lacking A champagne which can be enjoyed at any time of the day or on special occasion. Perfect to accompany an apple and cinnamon pie, or a lamb tajine.
98 % of wines produced by malolactic fermentation, 1 % from casks, aged 3 years on lees.
