Three terroirs come together as the ultimate defintion of Cheateau de L'Ou. The selection of best grapes are put into the barrel after being destalked. Maceration lasts 5 weeks before being emplited and pressed. The wines are put back into the barrels and left for 18 months. An elegant wine in deep purple-red robe promised the complex aromas of violets, blackcurrant, followed bu cocoa. The palate is balanced and pwerful, highlighting the wine's silky elegant tannis.
