A good, light-intensity champagne that plays in two dimensions interweaving fruit and yeast. Lemon in color, this wine has light lees aromas that do not overwhelm and that ride below the sparkling wine’s fruit character. On the palate the dry, medium-bodied champagne has soft layers of lemon citrus running throughout.
